Absolutely first class service from Ken. Cannot fault the advice given. He had to break the bad news that he could fix my car but he wouldn’t feel honest doing so as repairs would cost more than the car is worth.
He could have taken my money but instead he was a very decent man and honestly told me that if it was his car he wouldn’t spend a penny on it.
