My 2004 Mercedes SLK 350 (7 speed auto transmission) completely failed without warning. The servicing garage directed me to Wimbledon Automatics where it was towed, the car required a complete transmission rebuild. The car was in good condition otherwise and agreed to go ahead with the rebuild even though the cost was similar to the cars value. After a few days the job was complete, the gearbox working perfectly.
